What do you mean by Lab Quality? |

We print at a professional lab used by professional photographers. This means you get the best prints possible. Please note that our free photo printing offer applies to 5x7 and 8x10 sized prints only. |

Who does your Gallery Grade Framing? |

After we print your photo in Professional Grade quality, we use our in-house top of the line framing facilities to complete your order. |

Perhaps the most important aspect of safe transactions is whether the site you are dealing with stores your credit card info. We immediately destroys all credit card info after processing. Traditionally, the framing industry has many middle men. All this means for the consumer is HIGH prices. We have access to world class wholesalers and deal with them directly, lowering the final price you experience. |

What gives, free prints*? |
|
There's only one reason you would want to enlarge your photo, and that's to frame them! So why should you pay shipping twice, wait twice as long and often pay much much more? Free prints ( 5x7 and 8x10 only ) are our way of making it easy to trust us with your memories. Photo2Frame is about making things easy. We get your print from your camera, literally to your wall! |

How did I end up at the "Please Sign In" Page? |
|
It's possible that your session timed out, in which case you need to sign in again by visiting the home page. A session, which is the time you spend with us in one sitting is set up to expire after 1 hour of idle time. So, if you don't interact with our site for over an hour and come back to use us again, you will have to sign in again. This is for your protection, if for example, you are using our site from a public computer and forget to sign off. |

What kind of image files can I upload? |

Our printing process accepts JPG, JPEG and JPE format files. This is a standard format for digital photos and most cameras supprt it so you should have no problems! |

Where are you guys located? |
|
Photo2Frame produces your world class frame at their Atlanta, GA facilities and then ships them to anywhere in the USA and Canada. |

How long does it take to make my picture? |
|
It generally takes between 2-5 business days to produce your picture frame to meets our exacting standards of quality. |

How do you package and ship my picture frame? |
|
To save on packaging costs some companies use Plexiglas or clear plastic instead of real glass to cover your picture. Photo2Frame however is commited first and foremost to providing you with the highest quality product. This means extra sturdy packaging to protect your gallery grade frame and real protective glass covering.
Once we have your precious memories protected against the most maniacal delivery people, we ship it via one of America's most trusted delivery service, the United Postal Service (UPS) with the option of upgrading from standard ground delivery to Second Day or even Overnight. |

I already have my picture and just need a frame, can I do that? |
|
Most certainly! We understand that you may already have something you want framed. All you have to do is measure it's width and height in inches and on the framing page indicate that you already have a photo or print.
Next you can use one of our placeholder pictures to help you visualize the final product and when you are happy, place your order. We will make sure to ship instructions on how to put your picture in the frame to maintain that professional look. |
